Hopefully they don't sell it too cheap.
I would rather them hold it and maybe once they have the cash float it off into another ipo, fund it with $20 million and then issue shares to us KCN holders.
That way current management won't be overloaded but shareholders have the potential to reap the rewards from a dedicated management.
The other way would be to hold it in the company but JV it. I think they were still exploring it before the money seized up so it could be a lot bigger than it looks now.
