well I don't know what Afghansitan got left but I'd imagine they want to use it themselves rather than sell ............certainly the Ukies are in that category ..... nor is there any indication they HAVE sold weapons to Hamas for moral reasons - terrorist group - russia has no such qualms and Hamas do have .....have always had actually - russian weapons ...it's just fact !
