well, I reckon there's a fair chance that the whole lot will become uninhabitable in a few years - making the whole show a total waste of life, energy, time etc.
I'll wait to see what 2024 and 2025 bring - but, 2023 has made my thinking very different on climate change. I've no interest in the reasons for the changing - I am interested in the climate happenings very much - and 2023 is vastly different.
if we've gone over some kind of tipping point - the ME may well become uninhabitable very soon.
such would show yet again the futility and stupidity of humans
the lesson of 'don't piss off the planet' might come home very strongly
