I don't think TB is a changed man.

I think he is the same guy that was there before.

From what I can see he is very reserved in what he puts out to the market place.

All of his decisions over the last 3 or so years have been very reserved.

I recon that's why he was a banker for so many years.

Maybe if he had of been a miner he would have pushed harder to get things up and running on a dream.

Instead he has kept a very tight rein on money........I would almost say it has strangled the company.......but I do understand where he was coming from not spending too much til he thought he had it right.

It seems to me he thinks he has it right.

I think the market sentiment will change soon and Krr will start to get back towards the 3's and 4's and higher.
