Wooo next door got burnt big time today..feel sorry for the average person who did and hope it bounces so they can recoup and get out..many lessons to be learnt here one would feel. I have been watching all the threads on this for over a year now and there were alot of people who put alot of coin on todays ANN to be let down one would say.
