How about someone has been busy ramp the sp down low to accumulate and position themselve for news of the sale finalised? Yup you can see the anti-logic in this, most sp would rise on news of offer to takeover part or whole business, but for this one it s the otherway around. Fundamentally the business has not been changed since last peak of sp. All operating paramaters such as oil and gas production and revenue increased during the quater. It s crazy where this panic came from unless someone busy running around whiping up unknown fears. The question to ask is what is the motive of this? the answer I can come up with after analysed the events is if you can get in at dirt cheap level by scaring a few shaky hands before a big deal, then you in for a big time. That will give the incentive to go around whiping up the panic in the market, there will be a few uninformed fish caught up in the net :)
Anyway after seeing "rotten" apples falling around I've decided to sell one other share to get in this one 150K@38c and locking down for $1 target with the investment time range of 3 years. Ok I m going to bed now and don't wake me up unless the sp reach $1 ;)
