not happy

noticed that LC re potash deal, phosphate prices have increased 50% since the height of the GFC, we havnt proved we have an asset yet but initial drilling suggests its worth investigating and we voted today to give 80% away with 28 million shares and options for $2.8 million????

i would really like to know if the Sophisticated investor from yesterday has any ties with swift venture holdings, after news like this cant see there being a delay in the deal, in actual fact, probably makes it more attractive to get some more.

RUM released an announcement today that mentions there will be a shortage of delivery for phosphate worldwide in the month of September and we are giving it away.

dont you think it was ironical that the sophisticated investor yesterday took the identical deal offered to Swift Venture Holdings.

but after all of this, and being GROSSLY UNDERVALUED on just a cash backing price we are still being sold down!!!!!

can someone out there put a differnet perspective on this than i have put forward????

notice how BHP put an offer forward that was 20% higher than the SP on 11/8/10 and then mention it was 32 and 33% higher than the vwap from the previous 30 days trading.

watch out holders, i feel we are being seriously set up for a lowball takeover offer. whats a 32% premium on top of OUR existing 30 day vwap????? around 7c, NO WAY
