I received by email notice of General Meeting and Prospectus for the SPP. However there was no SPP Application Form included. The prospectus says a copy is available for download at CCC web site if an electronic application was not received. However I could not find said application on the web site.
The company urges eligable holders to apply ASAP as the offer can be withdrawn if over subscribed. Prospectus and application was to be forwarded to holders by 17/8.
Has any one received an electronic application for the SPP or found same on the CCC web page?
