I’m just taking a look at Archer Materials for the first time. Looking at the company website it appears to be nearing commercialisation. Im not sure if I’m convinced this business will get there anytime soon. I like conceptually what they wish to achieve and understand it will be game changing if they can pull it off. Is there any research available? Can someone explain the fabless concept they are promoting? Listed in 2007 at 20c issuing 35m shares with 250m+ on issue now - what capital was raised and was it institutions or retail? Seems quite diluted and yet the share price is 40+ Any comments on cash burn and when the next raise will come?
