I wouldn't believe a word he writes, judge by actions - so the answer to you're question is quite obvious.
Albemarle have withdrawn their bid for Liontown, good news for LTR holders long term, however short term the price will crash hence the trading halt to try and organise finance to at least soften the blow.
ALB still need to get hold of supply to feed their Conversion plants.
Bit ironic isn't it, just like Leo they're not trading either.
