What is striking is the money poured into the Yes campaign by various elites in big business, the wealthy professions like law and others, not to forget the huge diversion of ABC funds to the cause. In one way or another that money comes out of your pocket, yet they show no remorse or any indication that they respect the result. And why should they when see a government that has no regrets about spending so hugely on a failed enterprise? The people will now see their money spent again to fulfill promised improvements of all kinds, especially for remote indigenous communities, an expenditure that might have been funded in the first place from the money just wasted so completely and with full knowledge by most that this was going to happen. We are governed by arrogant fools.
