Pretty disgraceful really,
While Kikker was warning everyone about the dangers of Leo, he sold his Liontown holding.
Admittedly he did say he'd sold after the event & others could have done the same.
But where were his warnings Gina had a blocking 19.9% and if ALB withdrew it's bid their share price would crash.
I didn't see those warnings, just the usual pump pump pump.
Some posters over there suggested a cap raise might be needed, they were put down very quickly.
Meanwhile the Financial Review is reporting LTR is looking to raise a minimum of $300m maybe up to $500m.
What price will that be done at?
The price no longer has a takeover premium, they were trading at around $1.60 prior to the takeover offer.
And if their management is so good, why didn't they do this cap raise before ALB withdrew it's bid?
