Your broker clearly doesnt know what he's talking about. To call MK-1 a duster and say that baker and their tools arent to blame essentially implies that every announcement IVZ made where they talked about tool failures is a blatant lie. If that's the case, why wouldnt baker have come out and said something? And why would they sign on to run tools for another well? Why would we have a number of highly respected O&G behemoths join the board and be mostly taking payment in shares, options and performance rights? The narrative and rationale you've presented makes little logical sense.
