For example, there is currently a case before the ICC should it be judged in the favour of AVZ it renders some further case’s unnecessary as the claimant(s) have no grounds and could pave the way forward for there to be great understanding between AVZ and the DRC government and it sectorial bodies to begin to establish a powerhouse environment in relation to lithium and in particular it’s uses in the battery space.

On the contrary should AVZ lose the case an extremely prolonged series of ICC and international court cases will most likely follow to the detriment of investors of AVZ and the general population of the DRC

Enough with the to and fro, please can we all get back to posting opinions that are backed or at least supported by some form of reasoning and discuss.
