Thanks miki29 / Putty et all. I was starting to think I'm going crazy. I'm glad I'm not the only one that doesn't understand their logic. It's not for a lack of trying.
I've worked through the numbers over and over. I've spelled out the assets, I've netted out the equity swaps on the assets included in the merger, calculated the revenue, the actual cost of what we are giving up etc. Everything that is known points to a great deal.
Funny thing is that they haven't raised the two most important questions relating to the deal which I want asnswered.
I might be a bit slow today but are those issues / concerns what those guys genuinely believe or are they just winding me up ?
