The only thing to stop terrorists is to root out every single one of them and kill them as proven over and over. Terrorist organisation will take money on the promise of peace but will start killing innocent people again as soon as they are paid.
The only way forward is to kill every terrorist and kill everyone of their supporters. Hard fact but true!
