Pretty sure the 2023 flowsheet looks a bit different.
Typical setup is attritioning the wcp con before pumping to final cons stacker cyclone.
STA send the wcp con to a cyclone then belt filter then a conveyor stacker setup.
Cyclone discharge abt 20%mc.... after a few days the hmc stockpile mc is down to around 7%.
Belt filter discharge 4%??
Doubtful that they then re-wet it in attritioners before sending to the msp LNG dryer.
About 80% of the energy from the gas in the hmc dryer is used driving the moisture off.
Electrostatics need the feed hot and dry.
Carting LNG from Karratha the less used the better.
The msp process sends the non conductor non mag to a small wet circuit to cut the qtz etc out.
The con from this process would go to attritioners (industry norm) and then the zircon dry circuit.
