i think the chance of a labor/green victory is more important than technicals right now..
if that is the outcome, MRRT is a certainty and will be higher than many expect....imo, the deal between labor and greens has already been done
MRRT is a huge negative for australia's resource industry...maybe smarter to wait and see now
