@Mustang, yes having attended the AGM in person, I can totally appreciate why you along with many other holders by the sounds of it would have had a different perspective with the Zoom call. That's why I wanted to reassure shareholders this was not what it was like in real time.
To be fair they did have a couple of technical issues before the meeting started which the IT Guys were trying to sort out. (who hasn't had IT issues at home or in the work place).

You are correct Richard did say at the start that they were not going to have any online questions, but after I had asked a couple of questions after the official close of the meeting, Vicky Allinson (Company Secretary) said some online questions came through so Richard chose to answer a couple of those.

In case anyone couldn't hear (due to poor audio quality) there were 2 questions.
Q1. When does the company expect the share price to pick up (or words to that effect)
A. From memory Richards answer - The market will get this right, naturally the company can't predict SP movements and when, but if you read my early post as news is released with the activity going forward and especially if we can get to the booking reserves then we we should see a real re-rate in the price.

Q.2. Why isn't EXR doing Horizontal Drilling like Omega.
A, The Board did discuss this but essentially this came down to cost. EXR will look at the results from this Appraisal Well before deciding on the next strategy. Speaking with Neil after the meeting they can look at the results/success that Omega has and any data sharing agreement with Santos before deciding on the best way forward.

For those that tuned in online sorry to hear that your audio experience was disappointing as that and the Power Point presentation was all you could see. Naturally to visually see everyone and have personal engagement made all the difference, that said I am sure Neil and the team will take this on board (no pun intended) and change it up for next time.

I too am very much looking forward to the updates, there is a huge amount of intrinsic value waiting to be unlocked in Grandis so I can't wait for the news flow. Nothing has changed since the AGM the Gas is still there we just need to find out how much is there and the best way to unleash it.
