Yep I agree, I'll be taking up my entitlement also. If I didn't think it might turn around then I'd sell the existing shares but since I haven't I must have convinced myself it will be alright. Thus I will be taking up my entitlement.

Besides if shareholders don't take up the offer it sort of becomes self-fulfilling doesn't it. The company need cash to progress and if we dont' give it to them our existing shares will be devalued even further. We can't go forward unless we are willing to stump up. Double or nothing I reckon.

Some will already be in too deep and be too bitter (understandably) to put any more money in.
