As I mentioned before they there are a lot of AI / Software based grants that seem to be feasting into the Grant/Tender budget. The problem that EPM has and as well as other companies in the ERMA alliance is you are competing for limited budget and likely a lot of applications.
This might bog down the reviewer and the final approval processes.

The original EU Sovereignty Fund idea is now a bit diluted - they are taking on Apps which reduce carbon emissions - which does not exactly improve the supply chain with much urgency.

It is bureaucracy gone mad; as the EU will take many months to ratify if a project is "strategic", but we have had mountains of academic paper work which already considers Greenlandic/Nordic resources as highly important for the Energy Transition.
