Everyone's entitled to an opinion mate, and whilst I am certainly bullish about BOT in the long-term, I have no issue with reasoned comments and opinions, even less bullish ones.

To discuss your point though - "I don't see the stock re-rating to high-teens, low-twenties and sitting there until official FDA approval", how do you or the charts consider the climb of BOT into the low 20's prior to the previous expected FDA approval date. Surely, if this time around approval is even more certain (science is accepted by FDA with the only issue being hand-washing instructions), one should expect BOT to climb again prior to the approval date, no? To me it seems illogical that heading towards an even more certain approval before mid-2024, that the SP will be even lower than it reached before. Whilst I don't expect any significant re-rate between now and actual approval, I would expect it to climb into the high teens/low 20's in the weeks getting closer to approval date. The risk being of course, not knowing when that exact approval date may be. With the FDA having 'up to' 6 months to approve once resubmitted, the actual date is less certain than last time and it would seem to me that once application is resubmitted with the new hand-washing instructions, the market could easily be caught surprised much earlier than 6 months with final approval. I think this may see the share price start to climb a little after resubmission. In the meantime, I'm sure there's plenty of other places for people to make some money and hence why I think BOT will probably hang around here within a cent or two, until resubmission is announced.
