Shares held start of year 25,130,250 added 1,840,692 sold 2,840,692 ended 24,130,250 down a million shares but about $724,000 so skin in the game and how many were free over the last 15 years.

Katherine Woodthorpe appointed 2021 - 5million options in 2022 exercise price 16.03 cents and expects us to award a further 1.5 million at exercise price of 4.3 cents .

This is absolutely taking the p#%s , there ownership as a board shows no confidence and they expect us to average their options price down to meet the poor performance!!!

resolution 1 - NO
resolution 2 - YES 1 more term each given only appointed in 2021 but raise that as a minimum Directors should purchase and hold 2 years fee’s equivalent in shares.
resolution 3 - YES expectation he delivers an announcement prior to my voting to get the price above when he joined.
resolution 4 - ABSTAIN or NO part of me says they should participate like other holders but they already have by last years allocation- don’t get the match between GMcL holding and entitlement as it says none added so how did her holding participate??
