No crystal ball here, but I think most reasonable people would have concluded that ALB dropping out and Gina with 20% of the company was always going to result in:
- Slim to none likelihood of any competing bids (no one wants to attempt a takeover with Gina holding 20)
- A significant SP drop back to pre-takeover prices (i.e. under $2)
