One would think unless they just choose to ignore the elephant in the room there must be some update on next payment before end of month, which is only 10 days now?? No trading halt just a full payment of second instalment before end of month would be a good sign? Wonder what the problem was with first payment that it needed the delay?
this second payment might reveal a lot if quantum struggled to raise previously or delayed for some other more sinister reason.
