Where have I heard this? Oh yes, just before Bush bombed the crap out of Kabul then Baghdad. Turns out US didn't achieve much besides pumping their MIC full of $ Cash to supply their military including Halliburton and those war contracts for food, etc.

20 years later we saw the Biden Kabul chicken run and Iraq slowly had diminishing influence but creaming off their oil production.

I may be dumb but I am seeing literally one of the architect of the "Axis of Evil" having done EVERYTHING in his power to destroy the 2 states. I give him credit for stealing the remaining 5%  under an opportunistic reason and soon the western world will unite to bog brush genocide and the usual stuff.
