I didn’t see trade get halted. Don’t see any announcements about it either. If you do see a couple more fluffy announcements like yesterday in the next week or so you can be almost certain that the next CR is in store. It’s the pump before the “give us more money” comes. Kinda like “look over there, a squirrel!”. It’s the same across the board with smaller caps. If they don’t do it (or people don’t fall for it) then they would be raising in the 60s or 70s given where the SP was. I sold out on yesterdays little 40% odd pump, will buy back again at some point but I’m not in a hurry at the moment. Hoarding cash for when WW3 kicks off in the ME and markets puke.
