Iran are Persians, the only people the Arabs generally dislike more is the Jews. It would be a huge surprise if they got much support, maybe Iraq which is largely Shiite but it would be a big stretch for the Sunni dominated arab countries to join with Iran. Remember they are fighting a proxy war in Yemen.
