Typical PAR. They have cherry picked the best results and left out the ones of most interest. The results are, in reality, highly variable (refer p and effect sizes). When it works it works well, but for a small number of people (genetics/age/lifestyle???). No surprise to those who have done their DD. Nothing like the profile of a ''blockbuster' drug.
