More liquidity? Where did this come from? The company just issued more shares at a nominal price - zero cash was involved.
The pissy turnover has always been a feature of this company historically, except for a couple of times it was pumped and dumped. Only the market manipulators made money, the rank and file shareholders who foolishly thought the company was moving at last and held, made nothing.
