I know this stock is one of your favourite non-holds, but if there was an entity in Europe that needed a mega tonne of potash, from a friendly European supplier, inside the common market & governed by Western laws (not Russian or Chinese) , you would find a way to get Finance / utilise you own resources as a manufacturer, so you could get your potash.
or I guess you could just wait for it to eventually turn up from Belarus , or Ship it , from halfway around the world, which clearly would cost more.
