If they had the patent that long ago, and still delivered nothing. What does that tell you?
I read it as that nobody on this planet wanted to licence the damn thing nor was it worthy of development.
Period.
The fact that we got sucked into this thing is our own fault. Management are responsible for selling, we got sold a dud. We must accept it. It doesn't matter if we get wolf of wall street to sell the damn thing. If the underlying isn't valuable it's in return worthless.
