Whilst i agree with some of your comments in respect to past management, your historical personal involvement in the Company carries little weight in respect to the here and now. Regurgitating the past becomes a little tiresome after a while. In my view consolidation is a step in the right direction, lets just give them some clear air and give them the chance to prove up their projects
