Biggest Miner in the world gets told by some red neck govt that they have to pay more taxes.
World Markets reacted heavily "Study Your posted Chart" its there clear as daylight.
Its a bit like saying BP a massive international company didnt drop 53% due to one little oil spill in little ole USA but rather to world market falls.
All negative news creates way bigger waves than positive news. IMO
