She hasn’t passed the 20% mark and if she wants to lob in a lower takeover bid then I’m sure she can wait four months and would be able to suppress the SP for that time.
As CatMuncher mentioned, the only real takeover defence is TGs 15%, plus his associates. They will be able to block any takeover bid. If Gina wants us she’ll be hoping LTR management trip up on finance or ramp up, or the lithium price tanks, so she can make a low ball offer. Otherwise she will have to pay a reasonable price. It’s all up to TG really.
