Punters / short term traders have a utility function. That’s what comes with being listed.
I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect a mountain of revenues from any platform. Given they’re the enablers, I’d expect them to retain a fair chunk of profits. You would have to be stupid to let anyone makes tens of millions from clients you own. I have no idea where they’ll strike the balance between being a SH and profit sharing but I have no doubt there will be some negotiation.
