    Looks like they're gravity filling the trucks.
    Given the time theyve had to organise,
    • i would have expected bigger tanks (they look like 50-100kl) and
    • Secondary containment - for the tanks and the truck filling pad (pad looks like its bare earth)
    Last thing you want is a spill.
