Russia attacked. Russia escalated this conflict. Russia killed 500 thousands of people combined (russians, and ukrainians). If they did not cross the border with their tanks, if they left donbas war as it was none of this people would have died.

People died in first few months of uprising. it is unfortunately true. 3,404 civilians killed (365 in 2016–2021). 3,404 too many. but it was death on both sides. as proRussians were killing civilians as well. but the conflict was winding up.

so if you actually care about civilian lives how can you justify the escalation russia did. it didnt stop killing of civilians. instead increased killing of ukrainian civilians, destruction of their homes, their businesses.

You do not care about human life. you just want Russian government to prevail.
