Hancock have paid an entry fee to get 20% and effective control of LTR.
Keep in mind they have $17B in cash so the outlay here is insignificant.
They will wait patiently to get the remaining 80% at a very big discount to the $3.00. It is like dollar cost averaging on steroids. LTR is now at the mercy of Hancock.
