If its gravity feed, which is the only reason i can see to having them high, atleast it'll be a slow fill so less likely to over fill, that said, the more time to fill the more chance of a spill
It all looks agricultural to me, but I'm use to the over regulated over Engineered Aussie way so....
The tanks aren't as big as I'd like to see from a production perspective but hopefully they have trucks available to keep it moving, probably just daylight operation given they waited until daylight to commence flowing
Lets see what happens, I'm hopefull of a surprise
