what was the s/p back in 27/3/2023 before Alb? $1.525
so to remove the noise maybe they use the % gain of PLS from 27/3 to the last closing price before LTR went into TH, that is around +24%
so from $1.525 up 24% is around $1.89
so CR at $1.8 is only 4.7% discount if there's no Alb event.
