Moving forward what is Gina's options?
I've heard people mention she's not able to do a hostile takeover, which is my main concern, because TG has more then 10%. Is this true?
Otherwise the idea of us getting down to $1.8 and entertaining an offer from her for $2, I don't see that making any sense, considering we've knocked those prices down before, and are so adamant on seeing this through ourselves.
So what she just sticks around at 19.9% on the board enjoying divies too?
Chris Elision got anything to play here?
