Knowing what we know and on ground at the moment is business as usual. Latest announcement was to review finance, therefore my opinion is that RED needs money for project. So it's either money from another bank (unlikely) or SPP.
Instos don't go on market with that amount, if they want to buy or sell.
My opinion only!
In regards to the sp, looking at charts, if it closes under 12c it's on it's way to 10c.
