I'm fairly new to this. Not familiar with how the finances work in a capital raise so just asking:
If the current share price is north of $2.50 and the raising is at $1.80, why are people saying the price may decline to sub $1.50?
Just doesn't add up to me. And doesn't make sense for the people who are participating in the raise. I assume they are experts in the field and understand it better than most on here?
