My guess is that extraction cost will be a lot more than $680 per ton being an underground operation (PLS around $630). In addition, if there is a Li oversupply in the next two years, the profit is not going to be much per ton. Then you have to pay off that debt. I hope you are prepared to wait for those dividends because they are not coming any time soon.
