Interim? Stand in CEO?

Does he know that? He certainly isn't acting that way.

Things are actually much worse than they seem. I'm told that a group of deeply connected shareholders have been trying to contact him, to establish dialogue with him, and he has ignored all of them. He doesn't reply to email and refuses to take phone calls.

It's pretty clear he doesn't care about shareholders.

However, the good thing is that I've also been told that he and the entire bod will be at the AGM.

This is where we have to SHOW UP and hit them in the mouth, and hard. We have to punch him in the teeth and make him understand that we are not here to play around.

James Brown MUST be told, to his face, that his role is only that of an interim CEO, and the only thing he will do is expand the board, select a chairperson, and facilitate the search for a CEO qualified to lead a $10b company. He is to find a CEO with the drive, the hunger, and the vision to grow Sayona into a powerhouse.

Otherwise, we will become another Morella, drifting sideways for 14 years. Who wants that?
