If indeed walmart are placing a large order with NO SALE OR RETURN- and there are indeed imminent OEM announcements that are worth a lot of money - then the Directors uptake you would expect to be a maximum uptake of their entitlement and not partial - what they contribute on this round will be tellling as to the true position.
