    The $3 offer was accepted by the board, it wasnt knocked back at all. Gina bought 19.9% blocking stake and Albermarle walked away. The board didnt want to go mining, going to be a bumpy ride over there now with the amount of debt undertaken which will give shorters the ammo to drive it down further.
