I think if you look at it One Director didn’t participate One Director sold more than they took up, Two other Directors hold less stock value than the 1 month /12 months fee’s and one nil stock hardly a reason for confidence in the Boards buying or commitment to the company.
If it’s not a free option they don’t seem to have much confidence.
