Yes...you're missing some of the factors that control mud gas behaviour. Like mud weight, ROP, circulation rate.
Bearing in mind that the Baker mudlogging unit on M-1 was a complete shambles and had some serious issues with it's gas equipment I'd include that in the list as well.
